A collection of short promotional videos for the Rag & Bone Barbershops found only in Edinburgh, Scotland. These mini documentary style videos highlight the barbershop branches and the barbers that work in them.

A slow, somber video compiled of clips I shot of my record player on a late summer night featuring music from artist Hozier.

‘Get Out’ - Scene Recreation

!EPILEPSY WARNING! This was a small project created by myself and my crew for a university module. Our task was to recreate a scene from a film. The film chosen for us was Get Out written and directed by Jordan Peele. I wanted to do a 1984 esc spin on the screenplay and have the idea of surveillance being a centre point in this rendition. The crew worked incredibly hard on this project, a project which took a total of four days to complete.

North Berwick

A small video I created whilst on a trip to the town of North Berwick located in East Lothian, Scotland. I shot numerous clips whilst there including a microlight passing by in the distance. The short features the song ‘Veins’ from the UK band Palace.

Loud & Clear - Promotional Video

Promotional piece I created for High-Fi and Home Cinema specialist Loud & Clear, located in the capital city of Scotland Edinburgh. This video gives you a tour of their showroom as well as the in house home cinema room and on-site workshop.

‘2030’

This short film that tackles a lot of the questions that many have had during Lockdowns in 2020/2021. Set in the year 2030, poverty is at an all time high, homelessness is sweeping the streets. Watch as a struggling couple question the governments restrictions and what that means for their future in a technocratic world.

Austen Thomson Hair - Animation 

Working with the hair stylist Austen Thomson, we managed to work on project through the COVID-19 pandemic and produce a small animation as a way to promote his business after the lockdown measures had been lifted. The video features some of the various services he and his team offers at the salon. Austen Thomson is located on Great Junction Street in Edinburgh.
